Valuation Advice

LPS provides valuation advice, and can help determine the appropriate price to buy or sell a hotel for. David Harper, the Managing Director of LPS wrote the only comprehensive valuation text book “Hotel Valuation for Investors”, and also wrote the RICS’s valuation of hotel advice notes on iSURV, the online guide for chartered surveyors. LPS will also help clients to source “Red Book” valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending.

Lease Advice

LPS provide advice on all aspects of hotel Landlord & Tenant relations, from undertaking rent reviews, negotiating new lettings, advising on lease renewals/ terminations, or restructuring leases.

Management Contract Advice

LPS provides advice and help in negotiating the terms of management agreements with operators on behalf of owners.  Our speciality is to ensure that all new management agreements are drafted to create a genuine partnership between the owner and the operator, whilst ensuring the end value of the asset is not compromised unduly by the clauses contained within the agreement.

LPS provides asset management advice, rating advice, refurbishment and redevelopment advice for our clients.
