David Harper, Director of Leisure Property Services has been a senior figure in the hotel property world for more than 10 years. David is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Association of British Hospitality Accountants and author of Valuation of Hotels for Investors; the only UK text book on hotel valuations including how to assess potential hotel sites, rent and sales values. He is also the author of the Hotel section on the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) website (iSURV), which provides valuation advice for Chartered Surveyors across the world. David specialises in securing "off market" investment opportunities for the firm's clients.

Alistair Brooks runs the land / hotel sites side of Leisure Property Services providing expert advice to developers and operators on some of the potentially best hotel sites across the UK. He was also heavily involved in writing the Hotel section on iSURV for the RICS. As a Chartered Surveyor Alistair has over 15 years experience of dealing with commercial property, particularly mixed use developments.
